About Me

I'm Edgar,I'm 28 years old and photography has been part of my life since I was a teenager. It all started almost by chance, borrowing my father's Nikon D5100 and discovering the fascination of freezing time in an image. Those first shots, full of mistakes and self-taught learning, planted a seed that never stopped growing.

A couple of years ago I decided to take that passion more seriously, this time focusing especially on travel photography. I wanted a tool up to that new stage, so I got my current camera, a Sony α6700. Since then, every trip has become an opportunity to look at the world through different eyes and come back with more than just memories.

As a judo practitioner, I soon felt the need to bring my two passions together and photograph this sport, at first spontaneously between training sessions and competitions. Over time, that interest has grown into a more professional pursuit: capturing the intensity and technique of the tatami with the respect that the effort of those who practice it deserves. Today I keep refining my eye, hoping this passion takes up more and more space in my work.
